RETURNS

There are two ways you can return your order:

IN STORE

At any Zara Home store in the same market where you purchased the item.

Remember to always take a printed copy of your purchase receipt or show it on your mobile phone.

FROM YOUR HOME

Please contact our Customer Service Department, and they will handle the return.

For all returns, you must include the printed receipt or show it on the screen of your mobile phone if returning in store.

Returns must be made within 30 days from when you received the shipping confirmation email for your order.

Remember that you need the purchase receipt to return any item.

The items you return must be in the same condition you received them in.

REFUND

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. If you have used more than one payment method, it will be refunded to both methods proportionally.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed. If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so they can speed up the process.

For COD orders: You will be refunded in a voucher card.
